Thanks for reminding me why I should run! haha! I know my asthma is not really an excuse why I should not run. I should just change my mindset. =)
Hey Lovelee, hope that you could find a way! Keep safe.
I thought running hurts the knee joints. While in reality, i noticed that my knees are getting weaker because i stopped running a long time.
I will start again, thanks to your post and encouragement.
