We’ve all seen and heard of beaches that boast of how they have has the whitest sand of all… but which of them really holds the official world record for it?
Located in the shores of Jervis Bay, New South Wales – Australia is Hyams Beach.
It is not only a popular holiday spot in the South Coast, but it is also the Guinness Book of Records’ title holder for the whitest beach sand on earth. Apparently, the sand here is almost made entirely of quartz thereby making it worthy of its title.
What’s more is that Hyams Beach is in the center of Jarvis Bay so there are a lot activities to do and trails/forests to explore.
With this, Hyams Beach should definitely become your next summer getaway, right?
